Use BOX to sent large attachment

Maximum atachment size for email is 3MB, to sent bigger filesize you can use BOX to upload the file and share the download link to your recipient(s).

Or if you sent to many recipients / multiple mailing list with attachment, please put the attachment to BOX and share the download link.

To upload multiple files on BOX, first zip (compress) all files first, then upload the zipped file.

File will be expire (deleted automatically) after 30 days since upload.

Change Email Password

Email today is important and can be personally. To protect your email you should change your email password at least every 3 months.
You can change your password at Webmail (http://webmail.rpxholding.com) Choose menu Options >> Account Administration, enter your password for confirmation then you can type your new password in Passwords field

Notify resigned employee

Dear Managers and ups, for security reason if your staff resigned please notify Helpdesk to delete his/her email address.
