if you start lost your sent item email in your sent item folder, please try this follwing steps:

1. open your email client

2. click tools>options

3. select user preferences tab and clik on email option

4. un mark option "save copies of messages in sent items folder"

5. close email client than open it again

6. go to email options and mark the option "save copies of messages in sent items

folder"

you sent item email should be back to normal again.
