Minimum requirement for customer

PC with Windows 98 or Windows 2000 or Windows XP or better.

CD-ROM drive or USB port installed (need Win2000 or XP for USB) in the PC (we use CD for installation)

A full administrator login for PCs with Windows2000/XP/better operating system (Windows 98 doesn’t need any administrator login)

Microsoft Excel (any version, newer will be better) installed in the PC

Printer (connected directly to the PC or via LAN): Dot-Matrix (TESTED ON EPSON LQ) if you choose to print on formatted RPX AWB paper, or Laser (recommended) or inkjet if you choose to print on blank A4 paper.

Important; If Customer has Dot-Matrix printer and require to use, we highly recommend the printer to be setting by RPX-ITD first instead of setting on customer place, due to time efficiency and prevent hardware problems.

RPX currently only support the CASY troubleshooting and printer paper position adjustment (for Dot Matrix, EPSON is highly recommended).
