Please follow below instruction if you can’t remote user computer:

1. Make sure you can ping the IP address of user PC, if you can’t ping the PC the problem is not on remote software.

2. Check the firewall position whether is off/on; make sure firewall in off position.

3. Check RADMIN icon (represent by capital letter R) on the right bottom of user PC

4. Check RADMIN service is running or not even check RADMIN is already install or not

5. If RADMIN already install but the file is missing please update Symantec endpoint policy or Symantec registry setting.

6. Go to http://10.10.105.7/ for update Symantec client antivirus and for Symantec endpoint just right click than click update policy

7. The last step is reinstall RADMIN
